Our Story

Recognizing a need in Charlotte for a boutique firm with dedicated, diligent, and ethically sound attorneys, our founders united their experience in 2014 and formed Henderson, Nystrom, Fletcher & Tydings, PLLC. The four founding attorneys were Robert (Bob) E. Henderson, Patricia W. Nystrom, John W. Fletcher, and Kevin W. Tydings. Having previously worked together, the founding attorneys focused on prioritizing client needs and handling cases with uncompromising dedication.

Over time, Jeff Williams-Tracy and Mark D. Gott joined the team. Following the retirement of two founding partners, Bob and Pat, the firm was renamed Fletcher, Tydings, Williams-Tracy & Gott, PLLC. With our legal experiences, diverse backgrounds, and exceptional interpersonal communication skills, the firm delivers personalized service that has sustained our success for over a decade.
